  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all luxury seals are intact, and include the completed returns form inside the box.

  Ship to Cohorted

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off your parcel at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
